what's included in the 90 day neuropathy reset program?
Wondering what's included in the 90 Day Neuropathy Reset Program? Great question! But before we answer that, it’s important to understand what is NOT part of the program.
From experience, we know that you've likely been to other doctors and are swimming in information found on the internet. Maybe you’ve even seen a neurologist, because surely they will know how to help you, right? Possibly you’ve tried injections, creams, and too-good-to-be-true supplements sold online, only to be left without the results that you want and deserve.
What’s worse, you may have even encountered a physician who has told you that you need to learn to live with it; that there’s nothing that can be done beyond their prescription offerings.
The good news is; that is simply not true! The bad news is; even if they do attempt to help, you're likely to encounter...
The four common treatments that RARELY, IF EVER, work.
#1 – Prescription Meds.
Most of our clients are currently on or have tried neuropathy medications, but they still have symptoms! Why is that? It is because these medications have a very low success rate and have likely been formulated for other conditions. The most common ones are anti-depressants and epileptic medications, even if they’ve been promoted to you as “nerve pain” meds by your doctor. Clinical research has shown very poor success rates for these meds. Not to mention how many people report cognitive side effects or ‘mental-fog’ while taking them. This "shot-in-the-dark" approach is, unfortunately, the standard medical treatment for most neuropathy sufferers.
#2 – Injections.
We've heard it all. “Regenerative” injections, platelet rich plasma, rooster comb shots, even cortisone injections into the calf. Even if your symptoms happen to improve in the short-term, they are almost certain to come back as the root cause of your symptoms has not been addressed.
#3 – ‘Nerve Release’ / ‘Nerve Decompression’ / ‘Tarsal Tunnel’ Surgeries.
This is one of the most common approaches taken by some lower extremity doctors. Nerve release/decompression surgeries are incredibly risky when you factor in the cost, rehab time, surgical scars, and frequent post-surgical nerve pain. Again, this approach completely ignores the factors that cause neuropathy. Truth be told, it’s hardly ever a “compressed nerve” in your leg or ankle.
#4 - magic supplements or creams.
Supplements are just that, a supplement to everything else you should be doing, not the only method of supporting your body. They are important for most people, but only as one part of a comprehensive plan.
THERE IS NO ONE THING THAT CAN DEFEAT YOUR NEUROPATHY. THERE ARE SIMPLY TOO MANY FACTORS INVOLVED. AS A CLIENT IN OUR 90 DAY NEUROPATHY RESET PROGRAM, WE HELP YOU ADDRESS THEM ALL AND THAT IS WHY OUR PROGRAM IS SO SUCCESSFUL.
here's what's included in the 90 day neuropathy reset
Medical Grade Therapy Device #1
Designed to decrease pain and improve blood flow.
Medical Grade Therapy Device #2
Designed to gently stimulate nerves and re-educate the way your brain communicates with your feet and lower extremities
Medical Grade Therapy Device #3
Designed to actually rehabilitate the nerves so the input your brain receives matches the output it delivers.
Pharmaceutical Grade Supplementation
The supplements we use are designed to create a conducive environment for nerve healing. They are not a "cure". You will not find them online, marketed as "magic" neuropathy supplements. It is not ALA. It is not B-12. If it was simply a matter of taking B-12 and ALA, you wouldn't still have neuropathy.
Home Exercises and Stretches
60% of neuropathy cases have a lumbar involvement. We will teach you how to address this and how to move - more!
Dietary Assessment and Recommendations
There are good foods and bad foods when it comes to neuropathy. We'll help you identify what those are in your diet, what to eliminate, what to modify, and what to eat more of! And don't worry, we're not going to make you go vegan!
Footwear Assessment and Recommendations
Like the foods you eat, there are shoes that can help support the nerve healing in your feet and others than can work against your healing. We'll take a look at your shoes, teach you how to recognize a "good" shoe from a "bad" shoe, and offer recommendations for your personal needs.
We have found that about 50% of our neuropathy clients require an improvement in their balance. Some of this will happen naturally once your feet start regaining feeling. We'll teach you how to take it to the next level.
